Megan Grieco - K-12 Director
Megan Grieco — MUSE Global Director of Upper and Lower School — has dedicated her last 15 years to revolutionizing (and evolutionizing) primary and secondary education. Megan’s passion for education, environmental and social justice, and teaching young people how to listen to their minds and bodies, is everpresent in her teaching and leadership. After earning a dual masters in Literacy and Special Education, Megan relocated to Southern California to lead a play-based childhood education program and to pursue teaching opportunities that aligned with her philosophy on how education can excite young people about their relationship with each other and planet Earth.
When Megan discovered MUSE, she knew she’d found a new home. Since joining MUSE Global School, Megan has served as a teacher and co-chair in MUSE’s Elementary, Middle, and High School departments. Megan’s dedication to broadening student perspectives and fostering academic achievement saw her embrace leadership roles in MUSE’s Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Justice steering committee, curriculum revision team, and special education resource management.
Megan is thrilled to serve as MUSE’s Director of Lower and Upper School and knows that, “Each of us have the power to shape our world with how we educate young people.”
