Kelsey Carranza

Kelsey has had the privilege of working in the ECE field for seven years at the Pierce College Child Development Lab School. Throughout those seven years, she received her Master’s degree in Educational Psychology with an emphasis in Early Childhood from CSUN. She is passionate about supporting every child’s individual needs and providing them with developmentally appropriate, quality learning experiences and environments during the most crucial years of brain development. Kelsey strongly believes that just as we teach children, children provide us with opportunities to learn from them as well through their curiosities and play. She have lived in Los Angeles her whole life and has enjoyed exploring and spending time in the Santa Monica mountains since she was a child.  Kelsey’s passion outside of work includes playing soccer, spending time in nature, dancing and journaling! She’s fluent in both English and Spanish and enjoys learning about different cultures both in her professional and personal life.
