Melissa Cardoza

Melissa has been with MUSE since February 2015. Melissa is extremely passionate about MUSE’s mission, vision, and plant based and sustainability practices. When she first heard about MUSE, there were unfortunately no open positions so she started as an unpaid intern. She quickly was promoted and worked her way up throughout the years with the guidance and mentorship of individuals on the Admin Team.

Melissa was born and raised in the San Fernando Valley and attended UCLA where she received a BA in Sociology and Civic Engagement in 2012. Melissa now resides in South Orange County with her husband, 1 year old son and vizsla pup. In her free time she enjoys spending time in nature, going to the beach, running, hiking, reading, cooking and enjoying the company of her family.
