Brittany Howard
Brittany was born and raised in Southern California. She received her teaching degree from Cal State Channel Islands in 2017 with an emphasis in science. She is passionate about the outdoors, biology, zoology, and incorporating those passions into the classroom. Brittany has been teaching since 2017 and joined MUSE in 2024. She was drawn to teaching at MUSE Global School due to her shared commitment to the 5 Pillars, especially the pillars of self-efficacy and sustainability. As an educator, it is Brittany’s priority to instill a love of learning into her students and help create lifelong learners by guiding students to discover things they’re interested in and passionate about. When not teaching, she enjoys hiking at the many local state and national parks, listening to music and attending concerts, exploring many crafts and hobbies like crochet, soap making, reading, and spending quality time with her husband, four children, and two dogs.
