Academics is at the heart of the student experience at MUSE Global.
We infuse Passion-Based Learning with Core Academics to create learning opportunities that are meaningful and unique. Students connect their passions with academics while teachers ensure that grade-level milestones are woven into classroom studies and projects as well as individual passion projects.
Academic planning.
We believe in a student-centered approach that acknowledges each student’s unique talents, interests, and environmental preferences within their learning journey. An individualized learning plan begins during the admissions process where the MUSE Global Director and teachers meet with the family and student to assess academic successes and challenges.
Elementary through High School Special Electives.
MUSE Global academics encompasses more than core curriculum. Students are also provided weekly elective courses in areas such as performing arts, music, seed-to-table and an opportunity to attend a weekly virtual cooking class.
Student Culminations.
Culminations provide a unique and authentic approach to assess student growth and development within the MUSE Global 5 Pillars. Research skills, demonstration of interdisciplinary academic learning, written and verbal communication skills, design and delivery of presentation, and collaboration skills are all recognized.
“We are currently preparing students for jobs that don’t yet exist, using technologies that haven’t been invented, in order to solve problems we don’t even know are problems yet.”
— Richard Riley, former US secretary of education
